Everyone knows Health Is Wealth. To do our daily routines very perfectly and happily, we need a good health. We should be such fit that we ourselves do our duties and don’t need anybodies help i.e. depend on others to help us in our daily routine. A healthy state of a human is when he/she is not having problems like obese, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, joint pains, etc.. A fully healthy and fit body is when we are capable of doing our daily routine without any physical or mental hardship. A sound mind maintain a balanced body, which means a blissful mind can lead a healthy body and a successful day to yield a positive outcome. Best way to stay fit is to be healthy by mind. If the mind is not happy then the body is nostalgic. Our habits and living style very much effects our health. There are few suggestions by which we can keep or take care of our health and fitness: Cleanliness- maintaining cleanliness, cleaning house and utensils, keeping flies and insects away from food, Eating Habits- eating fresh vegetables, fruits, salads and boiled food, avoiding fried & oily foods, ignore junk foods, Exercise- doing regular exercise like walking, running, free hand workout, yoga, going to gym, Caring Mental Health- brain is one the important part of our body, keeping it free and fresh by meditation, spending time with friends and families in a joyful mood, doing some social work, etc., can keep our mood and mind fresh. In today’s world many people value work, money and social status, ignoring the most important part of our life i.e. health. Everyone should take care of their health first and inspire others also to do the same. A healthy world is a happy world. For attaining a small or big success, we need to work and when we are fit, we can do so. Now, success is not only a prime factor/motive of our life. For example, if our health is not going good, we are not physically fit, having problems/pains here and there in our body, then in this situation all our concentration on being successful or other ambitions, will be down. We will be very much in a distressful, painful and depression situation. In this unwanted situation, we would pray only one thing: God make me fit and fine and it would become the biggest ambition sought to survive. So, the most important ambition of our life is being healthy. When there is health, there is capability of doing anything for us or our society, our world. Nowadays, our world has become so advanced that there are many options and provisions by which we can keep our health at its best. Just our effort and information is required for how to be healthy in the best way we can. I would be sharing some information and methods by which we can stay healthy and be fit.
