Being Healthy

Health to be fit and fine should be the most important and biggest aspect of our life.  But, due to some reasons of our own and some not in our control, our health is not always at its best.  Some reasons for our poor health are like unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, lack of our concentration for so many reasons – being busy, laziness,etc.  Health is getting affected by some others reasons also like environmental degradation, pollution, etc.  Whatever may be the reason,it is our prime responsibility to keep our health at its best.  It has been proved that keeping our health fine and being physically active, we can prevent certain diseases also like cancers, heart disease, diabetes, etc.  Making a habit of keeping our health in good condition will give us fruitful results at our old age also.  We will be more active, energetic with very less health problems.  Apart from doing physical activities like doing exercise, going to gym, jogging, etc, I would like to recommend name of few books by which we may get more knowledge about nutrition also, to take care of our health in the best way we can.
